Job Description – Network Manager Entrepreneurship Development
Title: Network Manager, Entrepreneurship Development
Location: Philippines
Type of Position: Full time - on a contractual basis
Description of the role: The person in this role will initiate the
development of city based networks for entrepreneurship development. These
networks would comprise of Academic networks for student and student
entrepreneur engagement; Entrepreneur network for engaging early and
growth stage entrepreneurs; Mentor network for engaging mentors with
entrepreneurs; and Investor networks for engaging investors with
entrepreneurs. The intent is to build these in an integrated manner at the
city level starting with Manila. Eventually, do this across the top 5-7
cities across the country. The goal is to help start new companies and to
support existing companies to grow.

Responsibilities in the role
Initiate, build and manage key stakeholder accounts and
o Identify, and bring on board new members to the network
o Scope their development needs and match relevant resources to them o
Ensure that the members stay engaged
Manage programs from end to end for different beneficiaries
o Scope the nature and level of need of the members of the network
o Help the secretariat leaders to design relevant programs for its members
o Coordinate and manage the execution of the programs at a high degree of

building of Academic Institutions (on-campus programs and activities)
o Using existing IP – content, methodology and training programs etc.
guide the development of the right combination of programs at the academic
institutional partners to help support student entrepreneurship

o Assist global team in data analysis and reporting progress and outcomes

o As the team member becomes more experienced, facile and knowledgeable in
the local network building, contribute to the overall strategy for the

Expected qualifications and Experience
A business or engineering graduate/post graduate with work

environment and knowledge in entrepreneurship would be an added advantage
Compensation: CTC depending on ability, maturity and level of experience –
comparable to industry standards
