Newbie has some questions (Manila)

Hi expats,
My family (husband, boys 5 & 9) are costing up a proposal from our employer to move to Manila. At first it seemed generous but once the cost of schooling, rent & international health insurance came into play we were not so convinced.
Any answers to the below specific questions would be appreciated -
1. Any personal experiences with Australian International School (I believe formally Esteban school)?
2. Is it really that hard to find a compatible maid to do light cleaning and help with the kids during the week?
3. How much do you all pay for international health insurance coverage & have you used it?
