opening a bank account (Manila)

Hi everyone,
I arrived last month and just started working. Can anyone advise me about opening a bank account here.
I am working as an expat and being paid in pesos and in cash.
I would like to send some part back of my salary to my account in France.
Which bank do you recommend?
Or if you have other procedure that I am not aware please do let me know.
