Oslob whale shark diving/snorkelling trip (Manila)

Hi,
I'm looking to put together a group trip to go and dive/snorkel trip with the whale sharks in Oslob, south of Cebu.
Unlike Donsol it has great visibility and whale sharks are a sure thing. Just a question of how many!!
I'm looking to get Protected content so we can get really good rates.
I will organize accommodation, transport, diving and meals.
