PORTUGUESE Email Support/CS Listings (Non Voice) (Manila)
1. Handle incoming email requests for property verification.
2. Provide instructions to owners about the proper verification procedures.
3. Assess the validity of claims to manage an online listing by inspecting documentation that
shows link between requester's name and the business name.
5. Escalate cases with concerns that fall beyond the scope of property verification.
6. Assign cases to the correct person if it is assigned
• Fluent in Portuguese language both written & spoken
• Good command of the English language both written & spoken
• Must have at least 6 months BPO experience; preferably in a customer service program
• Has strong email support background
• Experience in handling travel campaign is an advantage
• Experience working in a fast-paced Web environment with Web-based tools
• Good analytical skills, critical thinker
• Can start immediately
• Willing to work in Makati
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift
