Forecasting and managing QA related budgets

Responsible for on-time, high quality product development at optimized cost
Managing critical account customer escalations and deliver high quality delivery.
Responsible for deploying appropriate tools and create world-class infrastructure.
Responsible for people development, resource management and enhancing overall productivity. People Management Accountabilities:
Identify and recruit internal/external talents to ensure effective mix of competencies.
Induct new joiners in order to quickly maximise performance.
Set and communicate team/individual objectives and KPI to inspire individuals to achieve high performance.
Allocate work load to fully utilise every employee’s talent.
Implement development plans and coach for individuals to reach their maximum talent.
Provide regular constructive feedback on performance/development and address poor/mediocre performance on a timely manner.
Recognise high performers to maintain motivation and retain key talent.
Regularly communicate on company news and team progress against business plan.
Create team spirit.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant program of study.
At least Protected content of relevant industry, domain or functional experience.
Significant experience in the specific area of competence/domain such as Programs, Operations, Technology, Tools, Infrastructure, Quality etc.
Strong and demonstrable experience in IT, Applications,
Good experience on automation framework and tools.
Experience in implementing and monitoring testing effectiveness through metrics and process changes to improve quality of testing
Experience in managing a team directly of at least 20 people.
Strong leadership and management skills
Not afraid to roll-up his/her sleeves and get his/her hands dirty
People person and can work and manage a team composed of multi-cultural profiles
At least 20% time required on travel across the globe where there are customers and development Centres
