Subject: Mango and Cashew garage Sales- update on dates for help.

As you know the Mango Children's Home and Cashew are hosting a big garage sale. we are already collecting things and we now have some dates that you might be able to help. Obviously on the day - it will be busy and we will need cashiers, helpers, body guards and on stalls. However before the date we need to pack the things in their groups to save time on the day. we also need people to put up posters in their villages and flyers to their drivers to hand out as they travel the city!

SATURDAY 24TH MARCH 8AM ONWARDS
THURSDAY 29TH MARCH - TIME TO BE ADVISED, BUT 2 SESSIONS ONE IN THE MORNING AND ONE IN THE EVENING
FRIDAY 30TH MARCH - TIME TO BE ADVISED, BUT 2 SESSIONS ONE IN THE MORNING AND ONE IN THE EVENING

SATURDAY 31ST MARCH - DAY OF THE GARAGE SALE - 7AM AT THE CHURCH READY TO UNLOAD THE TRUCK,

PLEASE PASS TO FRIENDS AS WE NEED MORE 'STUFF'

Dear all,
On March 31st
ASCF will be hosting a Garage Sale
9am to 12noon
at the
Holy Trinity Church Car Park
The Sale is targeted for all helpers and you never know there might be some treasures for us to!

We need donations to ensure we have lots of goodies to sell.

ASCF is one Charity that the BWA supports through the Community Assistance team. Craig Burrows is their executive Director and I am proud to be their Chairman. This Garage sale is to allow us to increase the number of children we home at Mango and for the pot to continue educating Protected content at the Cashew Nut school, located on the Payatas rubbish dump. The children are all helping and we need your help too!

As well as donations we need volunteers to help in the next 3 weeks leading up to the sale to help pack the goods in their respective boxes and also assist on the day of the sale. Please contact me directly if you can help us. No amount of time is too small.

We have 4 locations where you can drop your goods. So start sorting now!
