Regional Sales Manager Astrophysics Int - NCR (Manila)

Job Description

Manage relationships with customers and dealers, meeting quarterly sales targets and expectations.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position is responsible for the sales target set for Asia. Specifically, this position is responsible for managing assigned agents, identifying customer opportunities; generating revenue; and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The creation of a sales plan for the territory.
The sales plan will contain both qualitative and quantitative information and provide sales management with the information to capture all available sales opportunities within the defined territory. The sales plan will be updated periodically and executed throughout the year.
All aspects of the sales process, including:
Managing the sales forecast for the territory.
Prospecting and identification of potential customers.
Creating/managing existing/new customer relationships.
Arranging and conducting product demonstrations.
Participating in trade exhibitions/conferences.
Creating proposals quotations to customers/prospects.
Contributing to major quotations/proposals for the accounts.
Submittal of a weekly activity report
Participate in product/sales skills training as required.
Participate/contribute to internal sales meetings.
Comply with and ensure department compliance with Company health, safety and environmental Protected content .
Comply with all applicable U.S. export control and security regulations.
Other duties as required.


Bachelors Degree or equivalent required

Minimum three Protected content of experience and demonstrated success in sales preferably in the security market.
Experience with sales and marketing within a disciplined sales environment.
Experience selling high-tech systems preferred.

Self-motivated and proactive approach to managing a sales territory
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with customers/prospects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to present information in front of a large group
Will be required to travel internationally on average 50% of the month.
Ability to think strategically and develop a sales plan
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Ability to work with different personalities and overcome communication barriers
Ability to use all Microsoft tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
