Registering my Philippines marriage in the UK (Manila)

I am a UK citizen, living in the Philippines, with no intention of returning to the UK. I am married to a Filipina, and wish to register that marriage in the UK, but the gov.uk site is unhelpful. Plenty of info concerning citizens wishing to bring spouses into the UK, but nothing to help me.
Anyone know how I go about it?
