Relocating To Manila From Kuala Lumpur

Hey Guys

I'm planning to relocate to Manila after a long stay in Malaysia; I will be coming to Manila next week for a look around, looking for accommodation and some office space (call centre)

Any advice you can give me would be appreciated or if anyone is free for a chat next week over coffee (or beer) that would be awesome
