My fiance and I spent 4 days over Holy Week at a resort down south called Coral Beach Resort. I cant recommend it highly enough. It is about 40mins out of Tagaytay and run by Theresa and her hubby who hail from the UK but have been here some 16yrs.
It's cheap, right on the beach, the food is excellent and I had a full body massage for $15!
Tagaytay is also worth checking out.
