Schooling and housing (Manila)

We are moving to Manila in a few months and we are looking for advice on schools for our 5 year old daughter, we are looking for Private schools rather than the international schools as we are aware there is a huge difference in price. We are living in the UK at the moment and so a school that follows the English Curriculum would be good, but not essential. We are also looking to rent a 3 or 4 bed room house in Makati, any advice on how to find rentals and reputable estate agents? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
