Seeking AA Families/Families of African Descent (Manila)

We recently adopted our daughter from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. We will be moving north of Manila this year. I hope to form connections in the Manila area with African American families or families of African descent to help strengthen our daughter's identity. If there are any in this group, or if you have any personal connections that you could share, I'd so appreciate it.
