Seeking car rental / lease in Manila

Folks - I recently moved to Manila and stay in Ortigas with family Protected content walk away from my work place. I'm looking for a very customized solution for my commutation needs in the city. I prefer not to purchase a car given I hardly need to use during the weekdays. I'm looking for a basic car - preferably self driven - for family use mostly over the weekends. Does anyone know of a reasonably priced rental option (say on a usage basis) - if I commit to be a frequent user - say Protected content a month?
