Social Security (Manila)

I am American seeking an American who has started SS payments while living here in Philippines....Please let me be specific...STARTED while here...NOT someone who moved here ,went back or set it up before you came. I need to know what I need to do...what requirements they ask for, the costs and etc...I know their must be someone out there who has my same situation... Thanks so much...by the way, please no agencies or lawyers...unless your free...being here so long I have pesos...not dollars...he he he

INFO: I am turning 62 in Sept., Not married, lost passport (but know immigration people) so I can fix that if needed ( i know, I know, please this is a SS question)
