South Africa Embassy Really Bad Experience (Manila)

Hi to all South Africans

Has anyone had a bad experience with the South Africa embassy in Manila, I have a child in South Africa which l want him to visit me here, but he needs to renew his passport, the Home affairs in SA, told me to go to embassy to get a DHA Protected content , to fill in, but the embassy in Manila refuse to give it to me, and was quite rude.

Was wondering if other people have had a bad experience or just me
