Tailor & Fabric Store in Manila?

Hello,

I am looking for a tailor in Manila mainly to make some shirts. I know about King Philip and I think they are a joke. Their fabrics are lacking and for the price of 2 shirts I could fly to Thailand and visit my tailor coming back with 4 shirts.

Does anyone have any suggestions? The other thing I would like to find if someone has a good tailor maybe a fabric store where I could find a good selection of fabrics to take to them
