Trying to find baking supplies, any suggestions? (Manila)

Hi,

I recently moved to Manila, I guess the proper term for me is a "trailing wife" as my husband got a job here and I came along.
I am trying to find my way around , as I love to do cake decorating, I want to start baking and decorating but first I have to find proper ingredients. I have been to Guordo's but wasn't lucky.
I'd like to find icing sugar, ready made fondant, glucose.
If anyone know of a place where I can find all this ingredients, I'll appreciate it.

I;d also like to know if anyone has suggestions for places to find canvasses for painting and if anyone knows of any good art classes to look for.

We are currently located in Makati, anything around this area would be very interesting for me to explore.
