USA Taxes for Expats in Philippines (Manila)

Greetings Community:
I am a new Expat in the Philippines. I understand my new position is classified to pay the Philippine Govt 15% of my earning for local taxes. However, what does the USA gov't require from my overseas earnings? Can anyone recommend a tax consulant to assist me with ensuring I am compliant for this year's Earnings? I tried researching the web but the information is very contradictory and confusing.
