Using VPN working remotely in Philippines (Manila)

Hi,

Maybe a long shot but maybe someone might have experienced this problem when they arrived in The Philippines ? I am working remotely for a UK company and trying to use a VPN to access Microsoft Outlook from the UK. The VPN connection keeps stopping anywhere from 3 minutes to 1 hour into a session. This is making it very hard to send and receive email efficiently.

The tech guys back in the UK are at a loss to what this problem is!

Anyone who can help it would be greatly appreciated.
