Very worried about finding a house/flat (Manila)

We are going to move to Manila in the beginning of April. We have 2 small dogs and one medium sized one. I have seen some apartments in Makati that are dog friendly but our dogs are used to having a garden. I have been googling my butt off but cannot seem to find anything that would suit our budget without being way far out. Our budget is around Protected content a month and we would want to live somewhere close-ish to Makati where my husband is going to work without a 2-hour commute every day. Any suggestions about areas we could look at? I am getting very despondent.
