Visa for starting a new business (Manila)

Hello Everyone!

I'm an Indian national married to a Filipino. My wife is from Manila. I'm planning to move to Manila myself by the end of this month to start a business/startup in the technology space. Now I understand from the Bureau of Immigration's website that I can apply for a Temporary Resident Visa (Non-immigrant visa) based on my marriage to a Filipino. Will this visa allow me to start my own business? Or will I need to apply for another type of visa? Can someone here guide me with this or make any recommendations. Any help will be most appreciated.
