Visa's, Immigration, Resident, Balakbyan... help!? (Manila)

I will be moving to the Philippines with my wife. I am a permanent U.S. Resident (Canadian Citizen), married to a Naturalized U.S. Citizen (Filipino born).
I will be working for my current employer (A Canadian corporation) as a regional business development manager. We work with direct customers in several Asia Pacific countries. The Philippines would be my home. I would be traveling once or twice a month out of the country.

What type of Visa should I apply for and what process should I follow?
