Visiting beautiful Philippines (Manila)

Hello from Amsterdam!
I'm often showing fellow InterNations members around in Amsterdam, and would like to use this option myself as well.
I'll land in Manila March 31st, to enjoy a holiday until April 17th. I want to travel around, and would appreciate any meet up with locals, as well as recommendations on where to go, how to get there, where to stay, and what to do.
