Conversion Rate Optimisation/Website Conversion Specialist

Analyse clients’ websites and web analytics to identify and prioritise A/B split and Multivariate testing opportunities.
Identify and document test hypotheses, test objectives and requirements in a test plan.
Set up the experiments on testing software and ensure data reporting is accurate.
Ensure integration with the clients’ in-house analytics tools is setup (e.g. event tracking in Google Analytics)
Experience in planning and executing A/B and Multivariate tests
Experience with wire framing, web design and copywriting
Good understanding of diverse conversion rate optimisation approaches and tactics
Advanced understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices and technologies
3+ years digital marketing and Conversion Optimisation testing
Strong technology base. At a minimum you have experience with Optimizely, Visual Website Optimizer, Inspectlet, Qualaroo, Formisimo, CrazyEgg, Web Analytics (Google Analytics) and Web development (HTML/CSS)
