Westerner-friendly resorts, hotels, eateries etc (Manila)

Greetings all!

Wanting to get a large list of places-to-go in Philippines which are westerner-friendly (foreigner-friendly), ie:

- Staff speak English, and will speak freely with you
- Food is edible and menu is varied
- Rooms are western-standard or close to
- Westerners frequent the place
- Possibly owned-by and catered-to westerners, but not necessarily

Would love to get some recommendations from westerner who have been to such places and can give their recommendations. Anywhere in Philippines. Many thanks.
