You must carry out a location market survey of your proposed Bar / Restaurant, item on your check List, number of restaurant, diversity of food and pricing, disposable income, curtail mix, parking, infrastructure, internet, industrial areas, population in your area & age, number of restaurant that have failed in the area, what cuisine were the serving, average age of restaurant in the areas, cross marketing. This is just a general overview.

Now you have some foundation to base your decision on to open your Bar / Restaurant in that area.

Branding is very important. When thing about the name of your restaurant if possible keep the name to a signal name that will be easy for people to remember “Champions” your logo is important.

Market place position, what is your restaurant going to be known what cuisine and how will you get that massage out

Promotions and market awareness, again get the name in front of as many business and
individuals as possible.
