German Course (Mannheim)

Hello everybody,
I moved to Mannheim one month ago and i am trying to find a german course or at least german conversation.I am from Italy and i moved here for my job. I speak english everyday at work and for that reasonit is not so easy to unlock this bloody situation with german language. Do you know any kind of course i can attend? Thanks for your help
