Hey guys - coming to your city.... (Maputo)

Hey folks,,
I'll be in Maputo for four to five days from 13th of this month. This will be my first visit to the city and the country as well. I'm on a business trip and will be looking for some suggestions on:
1. A nice but budget hotel
2. Car rent
3. Bit guidance,, i.e. things to do & not to do ;-)
