Moving to Beira, Mozambique (Maputo)

Good afternoon
My husband and I are in the process of moving to Beira, Mozambique and would really appreciate some information about relocating to Beira. At this stage all or any information would be appreciated in terms of:

Housing (property agents information)
Medical (hospitals and doctors, dentists)
Licencing of vehicles

Really any information will be appreciated. The internet does not have much information at all.
