Relocating with young baby (Maputo)

Hi
We are possible having to relocate to Maputo for my husband's work and I'm very concerned for malaria as we have 3 children of which our youngest is only 10 weeks old! I've heard that that malaria meds cannot be administered to kids under 3 so now we are faced with my husband going and us staying behind until the kids are old enough. Can anyone give some advise on this topic please?
