Short Term Nanny (Maputo)

Hello all,

I have a coworker coming in town from the United States at the end of July. She is bringing her daughter along and needs a nanny to help out during the day while she is at work. Does anyone know of a nanny service or individual who may be available to help? Someone who is an experienced nanny and speaks english would be ideal.
