Trip to Johanesburg and back (Maputo)

Hey fellow expats! :)
I am going home in the end of the year, but since the trip from johanesburg was like half the price, than if I travelled from Maputo, I booked it from there.
Now I need to find the best way to arrive there (other than plane).
I am traveling on the 22nd December at 6 p.m.
Any suggestions?
