What to pack for Maputo?

I'm new on here. My husband and I are moving to Mozambique from Japan at the end of October with two kids who will be 4 years old and 4 months old. My husbands company is paying to move us there.

What do you think is essential to bring for the house?

How about kids things? Car seats, cribs, etc?

Is it possible to buy clothes at reasonable prices?

Anything you brought that you regret?

What do you wish you had brought from your home country?
