Canadian looking for help (Marrakech)

I am trying to apply for a work permit as a self employed person who intends to work and live in Marrakech. I can not find any useful information on how to apply for a work permit as a Canadian or as a self employed person. I am happy to prove sufficient resources to support myself if needed. I just don't who to prove that to or how. Can anyone help and thanks!!!
