Spouse Visa (carte sejour) (Marrakech)

Hey Guys.

So My husband (American ) and i (Moroccan) decided to come back to Morocco to live .

i would like to know the procedure to apply for his carte sejour in Morocco. and is he allowed to work under that Visa? as we didn't secure a job yet back home is it going to be a problem while applying for the visa?

and how long does it take to obtain the visa?
