Trip to Morocco 26 Dec to 4 Jan - advice needed!!! (Marrakech)

I am organizing a trip Protected content to Morocco and need your wise advice for
* hot spots in Marrakech (restaurants, bars, clubs, also for lunch/during the day)
* NYE party in Marrakech
* maybe you can also recommed a place to stay Protected content to 2 Jan)
