Work days versus Weekend in Marrakech / Morocco

I am in the hospitality industry and I am here on a special project. We work all the time in the hotel business but I was just curious what are the normal "work" days for Moroccans, and what are the weekend days? I was told that they adapted their work week to the European tradition of Monday through Friday, though I know Friday is their holy day in Islam.

So do most Moroccans work Monday through Friday or Monday through Friday half day then Saturdays as well?
