Kindergartens in Marseille?

I am not yet in Marseille, we will be moving in July.

I am looking for help with one starting question. I have a son who will be three at the time of moving and speaks only English? I am happy to bring him to a place where he can learn a second language, but would like to be able to communicate with the school myself, as i am also restricted to English at this point.

Can anyone share their experiences with schools for children this age?
