New activity group : "CAFÉ POLYGLOTTE" (Marseille)

My Marseille activity group has been approved and activated today :

Name : "CAFÉ POLYGLOTTE"

Welcoming quote that conveys the group's idea :
« He who knows no foreign language, knows nothing of his own » 

Concept : People from any country and nationality come to exchange in various languages, either their mother tongue or an idiom they are learning. I create a new table for each three people wanting to speak the same language.

I have been hosting this activity for seven years, in Aix-en-Provence then in Marseilles. As I can already speak (more or less !!!) six idioms (in descending order : portuguese, english, german, russian, chinese, arabic, plus french, my mother tongue), I can assist people trying to improve the language they chose...

My personal interest is to practice and improve the idioms I already speak, and to discover new ones.

I have first to gather all the propositions of the people that are interested (connected to me or not), so that we can together choose a place, a frequency, an hour and a duration for this « CAFÉ POLYGLOTTE » activity group. Please send me your choices here
