How to spend ones time over a four month stay. (Medellin)

We are evaluating living in Medellin for the months of June through September every year. We work out for two hours daily and probably spend another two hours on the Internet. Leaves most of each afternoon and evening open. Any suggestions on cultural or other activities to fill those hours productively and enjoyably? We are too old for the bar scene.
