Moving to medellin (Medellin)

Hi I am moving over from Australia in February. Can anybody recommend a room for rent in Poblado sharing with a good fun late 20s mid 30s peope, and a university to learn Spanish, rather then one of theses small Spanish centres.

I am also looking to make friends with people with similar interests. I am 35 love playing a lot of sport, socialising, going out and meeting people, I am a decent person with a good sense of humour.
