Tp4 Visa (Medellin)

Hi guys,

Is any of you familiar with the tp4 visa ? I am trying to know how easy it is for a company to employ foreigners, and especially for a newly formed company. Does the rule of the Protected content salaries on the bank account over the last 6 months applies anyways if the company hasn't been formed for that long ?

I am actually planning to start a company in Medellin soon with two other french partners :)
