Info on migration to Australia (Melbourne)

I am planning to move to Australia in the near future and would highly appreciate it if i can get as much info as possible on this.
I am looking into migration with the intention of opening a business or investing in one. Similar as the EB5 which is available in USA. I am 50 years old , married and with 2 kids. A gal 14 and a boy 9. Am doing this for the educational future of my kids.
