Issue with my mobile phone (Melbourne)

Hi Guys,
I need your help and an advice. My micro sim card stuck in a normal sim slot. I tried to removed it, take it out but for some reason stuck and I am not able to use my mobile phone... Does some of you had an experience with that? I would be very appreciated for any support..thanks
