List of expenses to expect once in Melbourne ?

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a list of expenses that newcomers to Melbourne will have to deal with. I lived in Paris, now Munich and soon Melbourne.
As you would guess, you have to deal with several expenses that our quite different from country to country (ex: rent, car, bank account, TV broadcast tax, etc.) If someone needs to have a list of expenses for Munich or Paris, I'd be glad to discuss.
