Need suggestions for executive learning (Melbourne)

Hi

I am a 13 years experienced middle management professional working in a Telecom Company in India. Now i will be coming to Australia by Feb. end.

My entire experience is into customer service management as a state head, grown from different levels with-in the customer service function.

I have understood from a lot of reading and talking to different people that my entire experience may not be considered and i may have to start with a fresher level job, then gradually i will have to make my way.

Can anyone in a similar situation, suggest if there is any Post graduate course or diploma that i can do and be considered at par or even make myself a little closer to the kind of level i am working right now.
