New people in Melb meeting for coffee (Melbourne)

Hi Amy, Leslie, Alison, Nat and other members who love coffee,

So we all thought checking out the cafe scene would be a good idea :)

I have a confession - I haven't tried the siphon coffee here. This is foreign to me.

So, here's a new adventure! Could someone please recommend a great cafe where I can try this?

And because we all come from all parts of the city, let's meet somewhere "convenient" and "accessible".
