New to IN (Melbourne)

Hi, A brief note by way of introduction.
I am new to IN. Friends in Bruges invited me to join as I have recently returned from Europe and missing things European - including the people, to whom I relate very well.
I hope to meet and network with global people somehow via this site, though not sure yet how that works, Could be people currently living here in Melbourne, or visiting.
