Questions from potential expat (Melbourne)

Hi There
My husband, 2 children (3&0) and I are considering a job opportunity in Melbourne that my husband has been offered. In relation to making a proper assesment of the offer received, we will appreciate any input on cost levels you can help with for the following:
-fournished 4 bedroom house or appartment
-nursery and kindergarten/pre-school (for boy turning 3 in july)
-leasing of a car for 2 years

Further it could be great if anybody can provide info on/a link to Australian/Melbourne salary level within Sales&Marketing.
